Trying to refresh my PM skills and want to do a bunch of reading this week. Hit me with the best things you've read that have changed your approach to PM.

What's the single best thing you've ever read on product management?

I haven't read books on the subject, and have never been a PM explicitly, except for my own projects. But I was once managed by a PM and what stuck with me from him was this:
This approach has helped me a lot with my own products.
One more thing I try to do is explicitly explore the most uncertain part of the planned product ASAP to remove the uncertainty. That doesn't always work (the last 2 days I was fighting a problem I thought was solved by a library), but when it does it makes things much easier.

Honestly I don't read many books explicitly related to product management, I like lean startup and some others like that. We had to read a book a few years back where I work called Scaling Up which was super interesting, kind of only makes sense for companies that are growing super fast...but really insightful either way - particularly as it offers a really nice framework to help set your business up strategically, remain goal oriented etc.
