I feel like I never get this quite right so I'd love to hear your thoughts on the best approach. We have a waiting list for early access and are slowly working our way through it. I've been trying two different approaches:
- Request a call where I help them onboard via Zoom
- Emailing out a link (https://getlowdown.com/beta) to create an account
The calls end up getting a low response rate, but when I do get on them building the relationship always feels useful and likely to lead to more engaged use/feedback.
Emailing access results in more accounts set up but less insight.
For now I'm doing a bit of both. Any other suggestions or best practices?
